Здравствуйте!
Имеется пациент Adata sp900 128 гб на контроллере SF-2241VB4-SPC ( SP45X570/1547 )
Память маркирована как:
5YB2DNW674 - со стороны контроллера 4 шт с логотипом микрона.
5ZB2DNW674 - с обратной стороны 4 шт с логотипом микрона.
Симптомы: инициализация происходит не с первого раза.
А так диск успешно читает/записывает.
Наслышаны о проблеме с прошивкой контроллера и думаем прошить.
Проблема в том, что тут судя по всему 2 версии планок памяти, а в воркшите в экзеле по фильтру контроллера и производителю памяти вообще нет комбинированных 1x4 + 1x4.
Подскажите плиз: Такие проблемы свойственны глючной прошивкой(нестабильность инициализации)?
Или это скорее относится к неисправности каких нибудь элементов схемы ?
Если прошить все же стоит - что а память,не просветите?
